Charcoal based face masks have always been in my favourites list. I do feel that they work really well on my skin especially on those days when I have grime build up on my skin after a long day of work.
In today’s post I am sharing my experience with TONYMOLY Tako Pore Bubble Pore Pack.

What does the product say?
Tonymoly Takopore Bubble pore pack is formulated with marine plant extracts, combination of Rotorua mud and charcoal extract which helps in absorbing excess oil and sebum and provide gentle exfoliation to the skin.

The product comes in an adorable octopus shaped tub packaging.
Texture-
The mask has a smooth clay like texture which starts bubbling up as soon as it comes in contact with the skin.
How to use it?
Apply an even layer on a clean damp face. Leave it for 3-5 minutes. Then wash it off with lukewarm water.
My experience with the product-
The Main reason for purchasing this mask was its super cute packaging (I love the cute octopus 😍). The mask contains cleansing agents as well as charcoal powder to remove dead skin layers and excess oil from the skin.
The Marine Root-Up Complex contains-
Taurine – which helps in hydrating and firming the skin giving pore tightening effect.
Dead Sea Salt – contains various natural minerals to provide soothing effects, improves the skin barrier, enhances hydration and helps in reducing inflammation.
Black Peat Water – provides fatty acids, amino acids , vitamins, minerals which helps in hydrating and clarifying the skin.
The moment I started applying this mask on my skin it started bubbling up which felt really nice and a bit tingly. Within a few minutes my mask got doubled up because of the bubbles. I left it on for a maximum of 5 minutes on my skin.
After washing my face with lukewarm water my skin immediately felt softer and cleaner.
It does dry out the skin a bit but that can be replenished by a good moisturiser on the top.
Overall it is a fun mask to use and makes my pamper routine really enjoyable.

- A little product goes a long way.
Cons-
- Can be a bit drying to the skin.
Will I repurchase it?
Yes!! Totally loved using it.
