Heimish All Clean Cleansing Balm Review

Hey 👋

Thank you for stopping by 🙂

Hope you are doing great 👍

In today’s post I am reviewing the “Heimish All Clean Cleansing Balm”.

I always promote and recommend double cleansing to people in my videos and stories and the reason behind it is that double cleansing is an effective way in order to melt away any sunscreen or makeup on your skin and adding a foam cleanser afterwards makes the skin squeaky clean and ready for your ampoules, serums and moisturizers to work well.

For double cleansing a lot of people rely on cleansing oils as the first cleanser but for me it never worked well. As I don’t know for what reason I usually get breakouts or sometimes my skin feels really dull after using them. I make sure that I use a good foam cleanser afterwards after a cleansing oil but the ones that I’ve tried didn’t work for me.

So if you want to double cleanse and don’t want to use a cleansing oil you can definitely go for cleansing balms. They also serve as an alternative to cleansing oils.

What does the product say? (from the website)

The HEIMISH All Clean Balm is a sherbet-type oil cleanser for removing makeup and sunscreen easily. It goes on as a solid balm, transforms into a silky oil cleanser on the skin then becomes milky while rinsing. The soft and lightweight texture effortlessly removes makeup and residue without stripping of skin’s natural oils. Formulated with citrus herb oils to naturally brighten and nourish skin. Now with an all-new, flip-top lid.

It is formulated with Shea Butter to moisturize the skin and improve its elasticity; Citrus Herb Oil for a relaxation and calming effect; Coconut Fruit Extract for a skin conditioning and softening effect; and White Flower Complex for skin balancing and skin tone improvement.

My Experience with the Product-

As I mentioned earlier that I like using cleansing balms as the first step of my double cleansing. This particular balm is something I totally LOVE. I think this is my third or fourth purchase of this product. Never got any complaints while using the product and it makes my skin squeaky clean. The balm melts away the sunscreen, makeup and the stubborn mascara effortlessly without stripping off the natural oils on my skin. It leaves the skin really soft and supple without any dryness or clogging of the pores. I follow with my favourite foaming face wash afterwards to prep my skin for the next goodness. The balm turns into oil and then into a milky texture when you add one to two drops of water. It comes off easily and you don’t need any cotton to wipe it off, just wash it with lukewarm water. Sunscreens and makeup doesn’t come off easily with foam cleansers so using a cleansing balm or a cleansing oil of your choice is the best way to break them down and melt them away really effectively. This balm contains plant based oils and does not contain any artificial fragrance which makes it suitable for sensitive skin as well.
