Thank you for stopping by 🥰
Hope you are doing great 👍
Here I am with another most loved product from the Indian brand “Suganda”. Now this post or any of the products I reviewed earlier from the same brand are not sponsored by them but I really love how they have formulated the ingredients which gives great results on the skin at an affordable price.
Suganda is a vegan, cruelty free brand and the best thing is they have not used any artificial fragrance in their products.
This white lotus moisturiser is available in two variants- scented and unscented.
The scented one contains formulation with essential oils while the unscented one is free from essential oils.
I bought the unscented one from their official website. When it comes to moisturisation for my skin, what i’m looking for is a matte finish with adequate hydration and moisturisation and control of sebum production for a long period of time.
Coming to the product-
The product claims to brighten the skin, even out the complexion, prevents fine lines and wrinkles and helps in treating hyper-pigmentation on the skin.
Price- 750 INR
Quantity- 50 ml
Aqua, niacinamide, sodium palmitoyl proline, nymphaea alba flower extract, glycerin, polyacrylate-13, polysorbate-20, polyisobutene, panthenol, phenoxyethanol, allantoin, betaine, xanthan gum, sodium hyaluronate, ethylhexylglycerin, disodium EDTA.
Shelf life- one year
It comes in a dark colored glass bottle with a pump. This makes it really easy to use the product without any wastage.
Directions to use-
Apply after cleansing and toning your face. Only 1-2 pumps are required for each application.
Beginners must do a patch test before trying this product. Dry skin people can use this as a serum and follow with a moisturiser afterwards. It can be used twice daily.
CAUTION – STOP USING IF IRRITATION OCCURS
Niacinamide– this contains 3% vitamin B3 which works great on acne prone skin. It has brightening effects, reduces dark spots, controls oil/sebum production, prevents fine lines and wrinkles, protects from sun and pollution damage.
Nymphaea alba flower extracts- works on hyper-pigmentation, have brightening effects, reduce the appearance of acne marks, soothes irritated skin.
It also contains calming and hydrating agents such as panthenol, centella asiatica, sodium hyaluronate which gives hydration and moisturisation on the skin and have anti-inflammatory action at the same time.
My experience with the product-
After the niacinamide 10% and antioxidant serums, this one is also a hit from suganda. The moisturiser is oil free and is easily absorbed on the skin without leaving any greasy or sticky residue on the face. the consistency is between gel and water which glides on evenly and easily onto the skin. I really love the matte finish on my face after application of this product. It does not make my skin feel stretchy or dry after using it. Also it does control sebum production for a long period of time. If you want to use niacinamide as a beginner you can give this one a try as it contains 3% niacinamide which would work great for the skin. It does contain ingredients which helps in soothing and calming irritated skin along with nymphaea alba flower extracts and vitamin B3 which works on dark spots and uneven skin tone. During the day I clean and tone my face, use my serum, apply this moisturiser followed by my sunscreen. At night I follow this moisturiser with my ceramide cream for a deeper hydration.
