Few days back I did a poll on my instagram story, asking my instafamily which brand’s sheet mask they want me to review next. The options were between Glamglow and Klairs. As u can read from the title Glamglow was the winner!! 🎉🎉

Hence, today I am writing a first impression and review on Glowlace sheet from Glamglow. My skin has a tendency to be moody according to its liking. Right now it’s quite reactive along with some dry patches on my face. This sheet mask contains hyaluronic acid in it, so I thought this might be the right time to test its moisturisation and hydration properties.

Glamglow products are known to give instant results on the skin. If you don’t have time for a good facial or you have avoided your skincare ritual for some time these masks can give you instant glowing effect for a big event.

Packaging

The Glowlace sheet comes in a black one time use packet. The sheet comes in two parts, upper and a lower which helps in proper adherence to the face according to the type. The mask is really pretty with sliver lace all over it which makes it look really catchy.

Directions of usage

Apply the bottom half first onto clean, dry face. Smooth outward from center of face to align. Apply top half and repeat. Leave on for 10-15 minutes. Remove mask and gently massage in any remaining liquid. Use once a week or as desired.

My experience with the product

There’s no denying that Glamglow products are on the pricey side but I really love how well they work on my skin. This beautiful Glowlace sheet didn’t disappoint me either. The product is free from mineral oil, phthalate, and petrolatum. The combination of ingredients worked very well in plumping and hydrating my skin. Hyaluronic acid is a great humectant which just holds the moisture and gives instant hydration. Caffeine and green tea helps in de-puffing the face and my skin looked really awake after using this sheet. This mask helped in calming down my skin while helping me get rid of the dry patches on my face. The essence felt quite sticky after removing the sheet but it got absorbed after few minutes. Glamglow masks contain fragrance, so if you don’t use fragrance in skincare this might not be the one for you. I have limited the use of fragrance in Skincare but have not completely eliminated it (all the makeup products I use contains fragrance 😶). So, I have no issues with this particular mask. This mask is so instagrammable, if you are really active on social media and love to share your skincare routine this sheet will definitely give you that great SELFIE post. Arginine which is also present as an ingredient in this sheet helps in boosting the collagen production. Now with once in a while usage of this product I don’t think it would help a lot with that “Collagen Production”. The mask comes in two pieces which helps in proper attachment to the face making it easier for different face types. Me on the other hand find it quite difficult to work with sheets which comes with 2 parts as I usually tend to drop one if I am not cautious.😒

Will I recommend it?

If your skin is feeling dehydrated and you want an instant glow while using a fun sheet mask you can definitely try out this one.

Will I repurchase it?

Not sure. I might purchase it for giving an extra boost of hydration before any big event. Not an everyday use mask for me. This sheet definitely does what it claims but I think instead of spending 750 on a one time single sheet I might invest that money on a good serum that will last long.
