Hey everyone 👋👋
Thank you for stopping by 🙂
Hope you are doing great 👍
In this post I will be reviewing about a product from an Indian Skincare Brand which I have been using lately. This brand is Vegan and Cruelty free.
Dot & Key products are very popular in India right now so, I bought few of its products to test them out.
I’ve use its Hyaluronic Serum Concentrate which is a pretty decent product and I have almost finished the bottle.
Hence, I bought its Charcoal Mask as well. The reason for laying my hands on this product was that I totally love charcoal masks for my skin. As I have a combination acne prone skin I totally love how charcoal decongests my pores and reduces the amount of breakouts I get.
Coming to the “Dot & Key Charcoal Mask”– It comes in a very pretty packaging which is aesthetically pleasing and attracted me at the first sight. 😍
The product says–

My experience with the product
So I bought this mask 2 months back and I use it twice a week whenever my pores feel congested or my skin looks stressed and rough. It comes in a pretty glass jar with an airtight lid that keeps the product fresh. It has a mousse like texture and spreads evenly and effortlessly on the skin surface. What I love about this product is that it comes with a small white spatula and you can easily take out the required quantity from the jar without dipping your fingers into it. This makes it really hygienic to use as I don’t like dipping my fingers into the bottles/jars. It smells of menthol and peppermint oils which are included in the ingredient list. As it contains perfume and essential oils, you should always do a patch test before applying it to your face. For me it didn’t cause any negative or adverse effects while I use it. It gives a nice cooling sensation when applied onto the surface of the skin. It does give a tingling sensation, after application, I wouldn’t say that the tingling is very uncomfortable to me, as it goes after 1-2 minutes. This mask is easy to use and washes off completely without any effort. If you have a light colored basin like me I would recommend you to apply this mask before taking a shower and wash it off in the shower itself. My skin definitely feels softer and fresh every time I use this mask.
